DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT.

Open OUTREP and go to You › Account › Delete Account. Confirm the warning to permanently delete the signed-in account. You do not need to contact support when you use the in-app option.

If you cannot open the app, use the button below. Send the request from the email tied to your OUTREP account when possible and include your handle. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion so another person cannot erase your account.

Request account deletion

We delete your login, profile, avatar files, synced training records, friendships, battles, push tokens, and associated crew data. If you own a crew, that crew is also removed. Limited de-identified purchase or safety records may be retained where required for bookkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Deletion is permanent. It does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel that separately in your store account before or after sending the request.
