TERMS OF USE.

These terms are a contract between you and Escondido Development LLC, the Wyoming company behind OUTREP ("we", "us"), and they apply whenever you use the OUTREP app or website. If you don't agree with them, don't use OUTREP. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to create an account.

OUTREP is a game built on real physical exercise, and real exercise carries real risk. Consult a physician before starting any training program, warm up, know your limits, and stop if something hurts. OUTREP provides on-device rep counting and optional friend challenges — not medical advice, coaching, or supervision. You are solely responsible for your own health and safety, and for your surroundings while exercising (clear floor, stable phone, enough space).

The camera is the referee, and the product only works if the referee is respected. Attempting to fool the rep counter, falsify results, use another person's account, or exploit bugs for advantage is cheating. We may correct results, reset stats, suspend, or permanently ban accounts involved.

Friend battles become official when GO appears. Closing an official round after confirmation forfeits that battle, as described in the app.

Display names and profile photos are yours — you keep ownership, and you grant us a license to store and display them so the product works (your name on a friend's battle screen is that license in action).

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior: harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, or impersonation have no place here. Profiles can be reported in the app — reports are reviewed promptly — and you can block any player from their battle profile. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts that cross the line, with or without notice.

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, and any content or conduct that endangers a child. We remove it, may terminate involved accounts, preserve evidence where legally required, and report apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities. Report concerns in the app or email hello@loaf.social. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

OUTREP Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your App Store or Play account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel any time in your store subscription settings. Prices are shown before you buy, and refunds are handled by the store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

The OUTREP app, name, design, card artwork, and everything else we made are ours, protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or build a scraper against it.

You can stop using OUTREP any time, and You › Account › Delete Account erases your account permanently. Account deletion does not cancel an active store subscription. If you own a crew, deleting your account also removes that crew. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (fair-play remedies, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

OUTREP is provided "as is" and "as available". Rep counting is automated computer vision and, like any referee, is not perfect; scores may occasionally be adjusted when something is clearly wrong. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including injuries arising from your decision to exercise. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use OUTREP after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stand. Questions: hello@loaf.social.
